In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of the amended law of 12 December 2016 amending Article 112, paragraph 1 L.I.R., societal impact companies (SIS) whose share capital is made up of 100% impact shares are approved. The company must submit its application for approval to the Ministry of Labour (MT). The application form can be downloaded from the Guichet.lu website.
